Which businesses sell well and why? FREE Seminar and evening event for business owners

Date: 24th May 2018
Time: 5.30 - 8.30 pm
Location: Moorgate, London

This seminar is for managing directors of SME’s and business owner managers. Please join us to find out more about how to value your business and prepare your business for sale.

By attending the seminar, you can discover:

  • Which businesses sell well,
  • What makes them sellable and attractive to buyers,
  • What typically causes businesses not to sell, and
  • The legal process and potential pitfalls to be aware of.

We will look at numerous case studies as well as the latest metrics for valuing businesses and structuring deals.

The event will take place from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday 24th May 2018 at Druces’ offices in Moorgate, London, and will be presented by Henry Campbell-Jones, Managing Director of Hornblower, and Chris Axford, Corporate and Commercial Partner at Druces LLP. You will be very welcome to stay on for refreshments and a chance to discuss with us and other business owners.

Feedback from our previous seminars has been very positive. They are particularly helpful for business owners who are looking to sell in 2 to 3 years’ time and are wondering where to start.

We do hope you will be able to attend and are happy to provide an indicative valuation, in confidence, to all attendees after the event.
