We have completed in recent years a number of international deals. We have sold four businesses in Australia, and have brokered two business acquisition deals in Denmark for an American based buyer and have several more international acquisitions in the pipeline.
Through selling businesses internationally, we are quickly building our database of active international buyers. Indeed, we have sold several UK based businesses to overseas buyers over the last few years. Despite, or perhaps because of, the Brexit process, we have seen an increased appetite for cross-border deals and our truly international reach will benefit all our clients whether in the UK, the rest of Europe or in Australia.
Our head office is in Greenwich, London which is within close proximity of the financial centres of both the City of London and Canary Wharf. We also have regional offices in Nottingham in the UK East Midlands and Bristol in the South West UK.
