Hornblower invites you to a round table discussion forum chaired by our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, alongside Chris Axford, Corporate and Commercial Partner at Druces LLP, where you can find out more about the process of preparing your business for sale.
The forum will be from 8.30am to 10.30am on Thursday 7th December 2017 at Druces’ offices in Moorgate, London. It will focus on:
- Which businesses sell well,
- What makes them sellable and attractive to buyers, and
- What typically causes businesses not to sell.
We keep the forums small with a maximum of 10 participants and you will be free to ask questions and discuss issues in a relaxed open environment. We will, of course, ensure that no competitors attend the same forum and will not give out details of participants so you can be assured that your discussions about selling remain confidential.
Feedback from our previous forums has been very positive. They are particularly helpful for business owners who are looking to sell in 2 to 3 years’ time and are wondering where to start.
