At this seminar, kindly hosted by the East London Chamber of Commerce at the London campus of Coventry University, our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, will take you through the process of valuing your business and will provide a number of examples of business valuations and deal structures achieved.
Achieving maximum value on completion of a sale is important to most business owners; therefore we have lined up James Talbot of JTC Business Coaching to talk about how to build inherent value into your business in the years running up to the sale.
Breakfast will be provided and there will be time to networking and discuss with our business owners.
The seminar will take place from 8am to 10.30 am on Wednesday 19th October 2016 at the Coventry University campus near Liverpool Street and Aldgate stations in London.
