How to value your business and prepare for sale? FREE breakfast seminar

Date: 6th October 2016
Time: 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
Location: Peterborough

Hornblower invites you to a round table discussion forum chaired by our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, alongside Alastair Gunn, Corporate & Commercial Director at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP, where you can find out more about the process of valuing and selling businesses.

The forum will be from 9am to 12pm on Thursday 6th October 2016 at Greenwoods' offices in Peterborough.

It will focus on answering the following key questions:

  1. How to value your own business,
  2. How to prepare for sale, and
  3. How to achieve the maximum value.

We keep the forums small with a maximum of 10 participants. You will be free to ask questions and discuss issues in a relaxed open environment. We will, of course, ensure that no competitors attend the same forum and we will not give out details of participants so you can be assured that your discussions about selling will remain confidential.

Feedback from our previous forums has been very positive. They are particularly helpful for business owners who are looking to sell in 2 to 3 years’ time and are wondering where to start.

We do hope you will be able to attend and would be happy to provide an indicative valuation, in confidence, to all attendees after the event.
