We are delighted to announce that we assisted the owners of Flex7 Ltd in their sale to the Karnell Group, in another successful deal managed by Mark Sykes at Hornblower.
Co-founder, Steve Garton, had built Flex7 into a highly desirable business over many years, with a premium product and highly effective manufacturing and operational management. Recognising the demand in the market for niche manufacturing businesses, he engaged Business Growth Advisory firm, Elephants Child, in the year running up to the sale process to make sure he and the business were well prepared for the sale process. As a result, Flex7 represented an ideal client for Hornblower, and we were able to generate significant interest and a great outcome for both seller and buyer.
