Hornblower has successfully facilitated the partial sale of a longstanding Commercial Floors Cleaning Company in a deal that enabled the business owner to realise a substantial portion of the value of their business whilst retaining joint ownership with a new partner to exploit exciting new growth opportunities for the company.
With almost 2 decades of trading, the company has developed solid professional relationships with a network of cleaning contractors and facilities managers. Having completed an extensive range of projects in large scale commercial spaces, retail outlets, hotels and premium offices, the business is now set for strong growth and a second opportunity for our client to realise value from his business in the future.
The client was recommended to Hornblower by their accountant and as brokers to this deal, we are very pleased to have enabled such a good outcome all round.
