We have been retained by the CEO of a group of facilities management businesses which provides mechanical, electrical and HVAC maintenance services across a range of sectors including hotels and hospitality, health care and construction, in order to assist with their growth and acquisition strategy.
The company is looking to build their Heating, Ventilation & AirCon maintenance operations through a number of strategic acquisitions in the South East of the UK. Target companies will ideally derive a significant portion of their revenues from commercial customers.
Being a well-run mid-sized company, our client has appropriate funding in place to make a number of acquisitions.
They are also keen to look at relatively small owner-managed SME’s to facilitate retirement of the owner.
