We have been retained by the CEO of a group of facilities management businesses which provides mechanical, electrical and HVAC services across a range of sectors including hotels and hospitality, health care and construction, in order to assist with their growth and acquisition strategy.
The company is looking to build their electrical contractor operations through a number of strategic acquisitions in the South East of the UK. Target companies will ideally derive a significant portion of their revenues from commercial customers.
Being a well-run mid-sized company, our client has appropriate funding in place to make a number of acquisitions, and they are keen to look at relatively small owner-managed SME’s to facilitate retirement of the owner.
