Our client is an international provider of multichannel digital platforms for customer journeys and has already acquired and integrated two UK-based companies in the last year. They are now looking to acquire niche IT and software companies in the following two areas:
A company with its own Chatbot or live communications product, that it can configure, tune and tailor to specific customer needs. Any companies focused on outbound or sales rather than call centre & customer service will be of particular interest.
A company that applies Artificial Intelligence, specifically Machine Learning to eCommerce, particularly in the area of product recommendation, or dynamic tailoring of websites to a users preferences.
Target companies are likely to have up to 30 employees, but greater than this will not be an obstacle. They should be ideally breakeven or modestly profitable. The ideal candidates are likely to have a product that has been proven but are having difficulty getting market traction, which is where our client believes they can add significant value.
