An opportunity has arisen to acquire a long-established specialist supplier of industrial textiles, protective products and load-restraint solutions, serving a broad range of commercial, industrial and public-sector customers across the UK.
The business serves a broad customer base across construction, infrastructure, transport, waste management, public sector, housebuilding and wider industrial markets, generating revenue from more than 650 customers during FY2025/26. Customer relationships are supported by high levels of repeat business, with a number of longstanding national and regional customers. The company also fulfils a significant multi-year public-sector contract.
The company operates from substantial leasehold premises providing approximately 25,000 sq ft of warehousing, office and operational accommodation. The facility supports the established stockholding and distribution model and is fully utilised by the business.
An established non-shareholding management and operational team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company which provides an internal route to broader General Management leadership under new ownership.
