Insurance Reinstatement & Refurbishment Company
An opportunity to acquire an insurance reinstatement and property maintenance contractor operating across the North West of England. With over a decade of trading history, the company has developed two complementary service lines comprising insurance-led reinstatement works on behalf of leading national claims management organisations together with planned and responsive maintenance services for the social housing sector.
The business currently operates a series of established framework/panel agreements with some of the UK's leading insurance claims handling organisations and also delivers property repair and refurbishment programmes for a major local authority housing client. Both service lines provide recurring revenues and there is significant scope to increase work volumes from existing client relationships.
Client relationships are long-standing, with a high proportion of recurring work and a strong regional presence. Jobs are managed through a dedicated end-to-end software platform, allowing efficient scheduling, progress tracking, purchasing and cost control.
The company is managed by an experienced team with delegated client stewardship and operational oversight in place. The shareholders are seeking a retirement sale and will provide a full handover to ensure a smooth transition of ownership.
