Hornblower has been retained by the owner of a long-established insurance brokerage in North London which provides its clients insurance for Businesses and Cyber Risk, as well as Property and accommodated Personal Insurance.
Over the last 14 years, our client has built a strong reputation amongst the SME business and property owner community for providing straightforward and trustworthy advice. The brokerage itself is owner-led and our client takes pride in ensuring that clients obtain exactly the right insurance they need and handling all claims until they have been paid.
Our client is now looking to expand on the progress made through acquiring a number of similar sized insurance brokerage firms. Target companies will ideally fit the following profile:
- Insurance brokers serving the business owners, charities and property landlords (no domestic or motor insurance)
- Commissions and fees of £50k to £300k per annum
- Location: Greater London
Our client has funding in place and will offer a fair market price. He is also ready to move swiftly for the right acquisition.
