Sale of a Business Training, Coaching and Development Company

Actors In Industry, a London-based business training, coaching and development company has a 30-year trading history. Over this period, this company has progressed as a highly reputable and recognisable brand with an impressive roster of high-profile clients across a range of industries.
The acquisition represents a valuable addition to portfolio of training and coaching businesses that the buyer is building.
Many businesses come to us through recommendations from their accountant. It was by this method that we were introduced to Actors In Industry, through their accountant and general business advisor, Ian Nunn of Nunn Hayward LLP. Ian took an active role not only in helping their client select the right business broker but through the process providing up-to-date management information and advice on the tax considerations in the deal.
The deal was managed by our Business Sales and Acquisitions Consultant, Derick Humphrey. Derick manages business sales for Hornblower across the South of the UK. The vendors were also advised by Harriet Jones of IBB Law (Legal).
