Hornblower invites you to a round table discussion forum chaired by our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, alongside Alastair Gunn, Corporate & Commercial Director at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP, where you can find out more about negotiating the best deal for the sale of your business.
The forum will be from 8am to 10am on Thursday 3rd December 2015 at Greenwoods’ offices in Peterborough. It will focus on the pro’s and con’s of various deal structures. In most sales of SME businesses, deals are not a simple payment of £x million on completion; they are often structured in order to share the upside of the future potential as well as risk between buyer and seller, and in doing so increase the deal value. By the end of the workshop our aim is that you come away with an understanding of which deal structure would work best for you.
We keep the forums small with a maximum of 10 participants. You will be free to ask questions and discuss issues in a relaxed open environment. We will, of course, ensure that no competitors attend the same forum and we will not give out details of participants so you can be assured that your discussions about selling will remain confidential.
