Hornblower invites you to a round table discussion forum chaired by our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, alongside Alastair Gunn, Corporate & Commercial Director at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP, where you can find out more about the process of preparing your business for sale.
The forum will be from 9am to 12pm on Thursday 1st December 2016 at Greenwoods' offices in Peterborough.
It will focus on the following key questions:
- Which businesses sell well,
- What makes them sellable and attractive to buyers, and
- What typically causes businesses not to sell.
We keep the forums small with a maximum of 10 participants. You will be free to ask questions and discuss issues in a relaxed open environment. We will, of course, ensure that no competitors attend the same forum and we will not give out details of participants so you can be assured that your discussions about selling will remain confidential.
Feedback from our previous forums has been very positive. They are particularly helpful for business owners who are looking to sell in 2 to 3 years’ time and are wondering where to start.
