Hornblower invites you to a round table discussion forum with our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones, alongside Kirill Bingham, Corporate and Commercial Partner at Clarke Willmott LLP and Sam Nelson of Lloyds Bank's Commercial Banking team in Somerset. By attending the seminar, you can find out more about the process of valuing and selling businesses. Above all we will focus on how to value SME business and how to prepare for Due Diligence and the legal transaction.
The seminar will take place from 8.00am to 10.30am on Thursday 15th November at the Clarke Willmott offices in Taunton.
