Business valuations and wealth planning – Is the value of your business enough?
Date: 27th March 2019
Time: 11am to 2.30pm
Find out more about the methods of valuing businesses and consider whether the value of your business is sufficient for your next project in life, be it retirement or another business venture.
Hornblower invites you to a seminar chaired by our managing director, Henry Campbell-Jones and St James’ Place Partner Chris Symonds. Our guest speaker will be St James’ Place estate planning specialist, Dan Looney.
By attending the seminar, you can learn about
- How to value your business?
- The sale process and the various options for exiting your business,
- How to determine what sum you will need to achieve from a sale,
- How to keep the value achieved out of your estate for inheritance purposes.
The seminar will take place from 11am to 2.30pm on Wednesday 27th March 2019 and will include lunch and an opportunity to board Concorde at the Bristol Aerospace Museum. The venue is located on the outskirts of Bristol and is easily accessible from the M4 and M5.
We keep the forums small and you will be free to ask questions and discuss in a relaxed open environment. We will of course ensure that no competitors attend the same forum so you can be assured that your discussions about selling will remain confidential.
Feedback from our previous forums has been very positive as they are particularly helpful for business owners looking to sell in 2 to 3 years’ time and wondering where to start.
We do hope you will be able to attend and would be happy to provide an indicative valuation in confidence to all attendees after the event.
