We have been retained by the Managing Director of a family owned and run company, which provides electrical and mechanical engineering services to hotel, leisure and commercial property clients in London and the South East, in order to assist with their growth and acquisition strategy.
With operations based across London and the South East, the company is looking to build their electrical engineering operations through a number of strategic acquisitions. Target companies will ideally derive a significant portion of their revenues from maintenance and service and will have an annual turnover between £250k to £3m.
Being a well-run mid-sized company with a turnover of circa £2million, our client has appropriate funding in place and is ready to move swiftly for the right acquisition.
