We operate a flexible approach to fees depending on the individual needs of our clients. Our basic fee structure is outlined below.

Initial Appraisal

The Initial Appraisal is FREE of charge and without obligation.

Business Sales Service

Our Business Sales Service is charged on a "success fee" basis. Because we offer a pro-active approach to marketing and managing your sale we ask for a nominal retainer fee. The retainer is offset against the success fee on completion.

Valuation Report

Our Valuation Report service is normally provided as part of the Business Sales Service Package. However we are happy to carry out independent valuations. Our fees are outlined as follows:

Up to £500,000            £595 + VAT

Up to £1,500,000         £1,250 + VAT

Above £1,500,000        Fee on request

Acquisition Target Search

Our Acquisition Target Search service is charged on a success fee basis on signing of the Heads of Terms Agreement

Acquisition Transaction Management

Our Acquisition Transaction Management service is charged on a "success fee" basis. Because we offer a pro-active approach to valuing, negotiating and managing your acquisition we ask for a nominal retainer fee. The retainer is offset against the success fee on completion.
